Kingfisher have been contracted to develop Blood Use Monitoring Software for the Haematology Department at the Victoria Infirmary. The software aims to monitor and improve the supply of blood for operations within the hospital. This project strengthens Kingfisher 5 year relationship with the Victoria having previously developed quality control software for the Biochemistry Department.

Auction Manager - Sage

Kingfisher have developed a link from the Auction Manager software to Sage Line 50 Accounts, adding another dimension to the product suite. A quick update routine will post the Auction data directly to the Accounts package, offering features such as sales ledger, purchase ledger, bank reconciliation, VAT management and the production of management accounts.

As qualified resellers of Sage products, Kingfisher also offer the services of installing the Line 50 package and training staff on-site.

The Scottish Motor Auction Group are pleased to announce the launch of their website www.smag.co.uk. Designed by Kingfisher, the site will provide up to the minute information on all the aspects of the organisations activities. Sales information as well as vehicle listings will be available along with a host of vendor and buyer services. The Group are currently upgrading their existing computer systems to take advantage of Kingfisher's Auction Manager Product.

Auction Manager is now running in 15 sites throughout the UK and Ireland, with the latest installation at Newport Auctions in South Wales.

A web solution available in 29 secondary schools will give every student and teacher in Ayrshire access to essential, up to the minute information. The project which has been commissioned by North, South and East Ayrshire Council was the brainwave of staff at Ayrshire Education Business Partnerhip. Kingfisher have begun development and it is expected the system will go live in Autumn 2001.

The Auction Group opt for Kingfisher's Auction Manager software. The company, based in Donnington Park Racetrack, specialise in the auction of imported vehicles from the far east.

Auction Manager is now operating in 14 sites throughout the UK and Ireland, with over 100 end users. The forthcoming year will see the development of a new general auction package taking Kingfisher into new areas of the auction industry.
